Warranty Information for the product that you have purchase will be
provided with a "Manufacturers Warranty Card. You will also find such
informations in our Sales Documents such as Sales Order
Confirmation,Invoice etc. Manufacturers On-Site Warranty:
For product that comes with on-site warranty, you can contact us for
arrangement to have the necessary Technical Support. If you so desired
you can contact the products support centre directly as indicated in
the warranty cards provided. Shipping & Delivery Charges For
Klang Valley - We will Provide Free Delivery to a Klang Valley Address
subject to the order being not less than RM500 and above subject to any
one item being NOT exceeding 20 kg in weight. We will pre-inmformed you of all such charges which will be indicated in our Final Sales Order Confirmation. Express or URGENT Delivery for Local OR Outstation Delivery :- Additional charges will be imposed for all orders under these circumstances, please check our rates. Please note : An additional RM25.00 will be imposed for same day delivery request as well as item weighing more than 20kg in weight. For
Outstation Delivery, our charges is base on per item which is Minimum
RM15 per item/order subject to minimum weight or carrier charges etc. Reverse Courier Pickup :- Please indicate this in the "additional comments about your order" section and then fax us a copy of the your letter of authorisation for Reverse Courier Charges Streamyx installation: All
Orders for Items that needs configuration and setting up etc. is
availabe as an OPTION to Customers within the Klang Valley only. For Streamyx Installation there is a Installation Charge of RM88 per instance/site/hour Other Services Charges Rate- eg. Equipment Diagnostics / Installation etc Minimum RM75 per case/hour Return Policy This is only applicable for items that have been accidently damaged in transit during delivery.
RMA Policy Customer's will need to contact us at Tel: 603-20969055 or Fax 603-20969065 for our Return Merchandise Authorisation. Please note : -You must filled in the (RMA Form BEFORE) you can return the damage items to us. Please note that All Original packaging materials MUST be returned together with the damaged goods
along with our RMA Form, otherwise your claims will not be processed further. Our RMA Form once issued to you, is valid for
up to 10 working days only, so ensure that you returned the items
within this period. Any items return AFTER this period will not be processed further and will be considered as void for any claims. One-to One Exchange Policy: For Faulty Equipment Only
For products that comes with a One Week (14 Days) One-to-One Exchange
you will need to return the item to us in the original box packing as
well as all accessories in Original Conditions. This is required in order for us to claim for full warranty on your behalf from the Manufacturer's or local Distributor's. Please note:- Currently only selected products enjoy this 14 Day Return Policy.
